       Every session is customized to the individual's unique goals.

Pressure used is determined by the client and is adjusted throughout the massage based on client's level of comfort and what is happening in the affected area of the body.     

      A wide variety of modalities are combined and used during the massage, including but not limited to:  

Swedish/Relaxation Massage, Thai Yoga Massage & stretching both on the table and mat, Neuromuscular Therapy/Trigger Point Therapy, Deep Tissue Techniques, Sports Massage, Lomi Lomi Hawaiian Techniques, Prenatal Massage, Infant Massage, Geriatric & Pediatric Massage, Pre and Post joint replacement and corrective surgery therapies, Myofascial therapy, scar tissue therapies, Hot Stone Massage.

As a Shamanic and Usui Reiki Master, I always incorporate energy work into my sessions.

If you would like to experience a full Shamanic or Usui Reiki session without hands-on massage therapy, please note this request at the time of scheduling. 

Most sessions incorporate the use of aromatherapy with the highest quality therapeutic essential oils with an organic massage oil or lotion base (this can be omitted by request as well). I use Sacred Earth Brand of oils and lotions for the main products. Ingredients are available upon request. 

Steamed towels are also incorporated in sessions, (if desired) to aid in the increase of circulation and reduction in muscular tension.

*NOTE: It is recommended to only schedule a 30 or 60 Min treatment for a smaller spot treatment area such as back/neck shoulders only, or a 60 minute session for an all over relaxation massage without extra time needed for specific areas of pain and restrictions. 

 

* 90 Min sessions are the most popular/ recommended if you are experiencing any muscular pain/tension or injuries and still want a full body relaxation massage combined with the time needed to treat the area(s) using more specific techniques such as trigger point/neuromuscular techniques.
